  • 250 gms dahi


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp chopped garlic


  • 1 tsp chopped ginger


  • 2 nos chopped green chilli


  • 2 tsp chopped green coriander


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp crushed kasuri methi


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1/4 tsp whole dry coriander


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1/4 tsp hing


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mango pickle masala


  • 3 cups for pakora:besan


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped green chilli


  • 1 tsp chopped green coriander


  • 1 tsp salt ..as taste


  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain


  • 2-3 nos oil..some drops

  • DAHI KO SMOOTH KAR BESAN,SALT,HALDI AND RED CHILLI POWDER DAL KAR ACHE SE MIX KAR LE.
  • COOKER MAIN OIL HEAT KAR HING DAL GOLDEN COLOR KI HO JAYE TO PUNCH FORAN MASALA ADD KARE
  • GARLIC DALE ONION,GINGER AND GREEN CHILLI ADD KARE BHUNE PHIR BASEN BATTER DALE MIX KAR
  • 1 BOIL AA JAYE TO 1 HOUR KE LIYE SLOW HEAT PAR COOK KARE.
  • TO MAKE PAKORA:BESAN MAIN ALL INGREDIENTS MIX KAR APPAM PATRA MAIN 1DROP OIL DAL KAR PAKORA READY KAR LE.
  • COOL HO JAYE TO KADHI MAIN DAL DE UPER SE GREEN CORIANDER SPREAD KARE
  • KASURI METHI BHI DAL KAR BOILED RICE KE SAATH ENJOY KARE.
